Contrasts abound in this composition based on a scene outside a window capturing the sunlight as it plays upon the coloring of the tree branches in the background. A complex mix of deep brown and orange gold as the branches play against the sky. Dark and  particularly expressive tree branches can be seen in the foreground while trees touched by the sunlight pose as a contrast in the background, creating an almost abstract piece in its singular perspective.
